Gina Damon believes great organizations are built by investing in people and leading with purpose. As Chief Executive Officer of CCL Hospitality Group, she leads more than 15,000 associates who provide culinary and support services to over 800 senior living communities across the country. As CEO, she is focused on advancing CCL’s strategy while strengthening its commitment to Consumers, Clients, and Leaders.
Since joining Compass Group in 2015, Gina has taken on increasingly broad leadership responsibilities, most recently leading key operational support functions across Compass Healthcare’s $8.5 billion portfolio. As a member of the Compass Healthcare senior leadership team, she worked alongside leaders to advance key strategic priorities across the business. Today, she brings that broad enterprise perspective, thoughtful leadership, and people-first approach to CCL as it continues to grow and evolve.
Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from Binghamton University and lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her husband, John, their daughter, Tess, and their two French bulldogs, Odin and Rocco.
