Anthony Pacchioni

With Compass Group since 2008, Anthony has had a steady course of promotion in positions including registered dietitian, executive chef, and director of food & nutrition. Most recently he served as Regional Director of Operations and later Division Vice President with Unidine. His extensive background in all aspects of food service makes him well-suited for the role of Division President. Anthony earned a bachelor’s degree in culinary/nutrition and an MBA, both from Johnson & Wales University.
