Jack is a veteran in our industry with over 30 years of experience in hospitality and dining management. Before joining Compass Group over 10 years ago, Jack held a number of roles for large, national food service management companies, serving a variety of clients. In his role as Division President – East, he brings a wealth of knowledge and deep expertise in food service operations and senior living communities. As the needs of the senior living market evolve, Jack provides our clients and their residents with robust support and cutting-edge resources.

Dan leads Unidine ensuring that the company is well-positioned to meet the needs of the evolving clients and customers we serve, today and into the future. His greatest strength is his ability to identify creative individuals of diverse backgrounds and motivate them towards a unified vision. Previously he held the role of Unidine’s Chief Growth Officer. Prior to Unidine, he served as VP of Operations for a global food service management company. He earned his MBA from Pennsylvania State University.

Christine brings over 20 years of food service operations to her role of Operating President – West. She has worked extensively with QSR brands and is well-versed in franchising, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Prior to Compass Group, Christine served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Development for a major U.S. restaurant corporation operating in 42 states. She earned a B.A. from University of West Florida and an M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Division President

With Compass Group since 2008, Anthony has had a steady course of promotion in positions including registered dietitian, executive chef, and director of food & nutrition. Most recently he served as Regional Director of Operations and later Division Vice President with Unidine. His extensive background in all aspects of food service makes him well-suited for the role of Division President. Anthony earned a bachelor’s degree in culinary/nutrition and an MBA, both from Johnson & Wales University.

Greg is a growth focused hospitality leader with extensive experience in operations, finance, and people leadership. He has been with Compass Group for over 20 years, building strong teams and implementing systems and procedures as Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, Regional Vice President of Operations, and currently as Division President. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Southern New Hampshire University.

Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge from his twenty years of finance experience, including over seven years of executive leadership within Compass Group. Most recently Jeff was the VP of Finance for Compass One at Amazon. Jeff also led Compass Group’s Foodbuy Accounting and Technical Accounting Groups. After graduating from the University of Illinois, Chicago, he obtained his MBA from Wake Forest School of Business.

Randy Emert, CEC, CCA, CDM, CFPP and PCII has a long and varied culinary and operations career, having worked in restaurants and the Henry Ford Hospital as an Executive Chef and Director of Operations; as a food stylist for Cooking Light and Southern Cooking Magazines; and has been a culinary instructor for over 10 years. A multiple award winner in several international culinary competitions and a Malcolm Baldrige recipient, he leads culinary innovation and systems for Unidine.

Lee brings over 25 years of industry experience to his role. He has an extensive background in operations, consumer marketing, and operational excellence. Lee’s role is to ensure Unidine has the right operating systems, standards, and tools so that our operators consistently provide the highest quality food, service, and customer experience to our clients, residents, and guests. He leads our Culinary, Nutrition Health & Wellness, Merchandising, and Consumer Marketing strategies and teams. Prior to Unidine, Lee served as Vice President for a global food service company. He holds degrees from Shippensburg University and University of Phoenix.

Ingrid will lead the Compass Community Living (CCL) sales team as senior vice president. She has been an integral part of the Compass senior leadership team over the last 15 years. She has led winning sales teams for Canteen, SSC, Chartwells K12 and Flik Independent School Dining. Ingrid drives success by team development and building great relationships with her operating partners . With her 23 years of sales leadership experience, she brings passion for people and winning to fuel our continued CCL growth.

Victoria is a result-oriented, challenge-driven, customer-centric operations professional with a progressive record of success in the food service industry that spans a 25 year career. Victoria entered the industry as a General Manager for an international contract food service company. Her career gained momentum with advancement to leadership roles managing portfolios greater than $45M. She currently serves as Unidine’s Senior Vice President of Marketing & Innovation.

Chris leads Unidine’s supply chain team. He has an extensive background in contract foodservice purchasing in healthcare, school, B & I, sport and entertainment markets. With over 20 years of experience in food, paper, distribution, supplies, equipment, and services purchasing, Chris brings a solutions-based mindset to deliver the right product at the right cost and time. Prior to joining Unidine, Chris led purchasing teams at one of the largest Group Purchasing Organizations in the United States, where he executed supply strategies for over 14,000 facilities. Chris holds a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Business from Florida International University in Miami, Florida.

Stephanie joined Unidine in 2008 and brings over 20 years of in-house legal experience to her role as General Counsel. Stephanie manages all of Unidine’s legal work, from contract negotiation to labor and employment, financing, and corporate governance. Before joining Unidine, Stephanie managed  legal affairs of a regional division of a global healthcare provider. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont and a JD degree from Boston College Law School.
