We would like to recognize James Bailey, Executive Chef at Clark Retirement Community in Grand Rapids, MI. In recognition of his culinary talent and tremendous dedication to teamwork, James has been selected to represent Unidine as a 2019 SuperChef!
At Clark Retirement Community, James is a pillar of culinary excellence, hospitality, and leadership. His contributions speak volumes about the high level of partnership that we share with Clark. In late 2018, James was nominated for the 2018 Clark Leader of the Year Award. He received the nomination in honor of the terrific service he provides to the community’s residents, administration, staff, and visitors.
In addition, James frequently appears on the local TV station’s news program and leads demonstrations of various Unidine recipes, including a Blueberry Goat Cheese Tartlet. Kudos to James for being an excellent representation of our brand. He consistently showcases all that we have to offer.
