Unidine Corporation Honored by BBJ as One of the Region’s Fastest-Growing Privately Held Companies

Leading food and dining management company honored for the 5th time.

Unidine Corporation, the leading food and dining management services company serving hospitals, senior services and businesses was named to Boston Business Journal’s 2012 Pacesetters list. This list recognizes the Boston area’s fastest-growing privately held companies. The award recipients were recognized at a morning event on April 26th at the Westin Copley Boston where it was announced that Unidine ranked 40 out of 73 on the list.

Richard B. Schenkel founded Unidine Corporation in 2001 and over the last eleven years has successfully positioned Unidine as an innovative alternative to the institutional model of food service in healthcare.

To make the BBJ’s Pacesetters list, a company had to report annual revenue growth of at least 10 percent over a four-year period and have 2009 sales in excess of $750,000.
