Three unique dining venues reflect variety of options expected by residents at senior living communities
The LeadingAge Conferences have brought you IdeaSharks and the LGBT Campground, in addition to new interactive experiences like Never Ending Quilt and Be the Difference Rest Stops. In 2015, Unidine delivered a memorable breakfast On The Go to LeadingAge conference attendees in Boston.
This year, Unidine and LeadingAge have partnered to create a new immersive dining experience at the 2016 LeadingAge Annual Meeting & Expo in Indianapolis. Built on our strategic approach to dining programs in senior living and long-term care, we are calling the experience, Lead With DiningSM.
Since 2001, Unidine has been transforming the dining experience for residents in senior living and long-term care. We are known for our commitment to serving fresh, authentic meals made from scratch, but Unidine is much more. We are working with communities to enhance clinical outcomes, deliver memory care innovations, support occupancy strategies and create innovative venues that appeal to the increasingly diverse populations they serve.
When attendees visit the Expo Hall this year, they will experience this first-hand. Conference attendees will, for the first time, choose from three different dining venues with distinct menus and ambience representing a formal dining room, an artisanal bistro and a casual grill. These venues are representative of the variety and options that residents are expecting in their communities.
Residents and their families are also expecting more selections that support a healthy lifestyle, and so each day, the menu will include an Oh So Good selection from our signature wellness menu.
This fine dining venue offers an experience unlike any other. From the moment attendees enter this venue, they will get a feeling of sophistication and elegance with menu selection to match.
The sights and sounds of the Annual Meeting will fade into the background as diners flirt with some new flavors at this one of a kind food destination.

Attendees won’t have to wait for a summertime farmers market to enjoy fresh vegetables, locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. At the Artisan’s Table, they will enjoy a menu of eclectic, American contemporary cuisine created with the freshest Midwest ingredients.
Circle City Grill
Circle City Grill is a celebration of food and friends featuring a variety of chef-inspired cuisine in a sophisticated yet casual environment. Each dish is made with fresh, seasonal ingredients to awaken your senses. Conference attendees get a true taste of authentic, regional flavors right from the grill.

In addition to great venues and unique, seasonal menus, Unidine chefs will demonstrate programs that enhance clinical outcomes by recreating actual selections from each day’s menu for our Puree With PurposeSM and Fresh BitesSM for memory care programs. These demonstration areas will be set up within each venue so attendees can talk to the chefs, watch their artistry, try samples, and observe how we create an exceptional dining experience for all residents, regardless of their dietary needs or physical abilities.
A Year’s Worth of Fresh Ideas
Those who want a more practical insight into how our clients Lead With Dining will find cards throughout each venue with real-life stories from the communities we serve. These cards can be taken to Unidine’s booth #1134 to redeem for a limited edition calendar with all 13 of these stories – a year’s worth of fresh ideas.
