The Unidine Way is executed through more than a deep commitment from each and every team member-it is supported by our robust food service management infrastructure. Our operating menus, tools and support systems for your facility's dining services are constructed in an easily accessible form and function. This allows the management team to quickly access them through a fully protected Citrix-based information technology portal known as the Unidine Information Management System (UIMS), which includes the following:
Unidine's Diamond Standards: Unidine's proprietary standards of practice for every aspect of a dining service operation ensure consistency in development, training, operations and execution.
