Founder, President, and CEO

Richard B. Schenkel has an extensive background in food and service management in the healthcare industry. As Founder, President, and CEO, Richard spearheaded Unidine from concept to what is now the fastest-growing company in our sector. Prior to establishing Unidine, Richard was CEO and President of a regional health care service management company and a food service management firm. His leadership experiences include various executive level positions with major international health care services firms directing operational, sales, and marketing initiatives. He has a degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Minit joined Unidine in 2017 as SVP, Corporate Development after nearly a decade of experience in investment banking. As Executive Director at a multinational financial services company, he co-managed North America Business Services, focusing on capital markets and M&A activity. Prior to that, Minit spent several years at a large professional services network, where he managed multi-million dollar projects in healthcare and technology sectors. Minit holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Janet is responsible for all organizational development and people management at Unidine. She has over 20 years of executive HR leadership with a track record of aligning organizations with business strategy. Janet developed her expertise through long tenures with companies that represent some of America’s most respected family and athletic footwear brands, where she led successful acquisitions, forged collaborative business partnerships, and coached executive teams. Janet earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Lesley University.

Dan leads Unidine’s Business Development and Client Retention teams and develops sales strategies that align the organization to win and grow in new markets. Dan ensures that Unidine is well-positioned to meet the needs of the evolving clients and customers we serve, today and into the future. His greatest strength is his ability to identify creative individuals of diverse backgrounds and motivate them towards a unified vision. Prior to Unidine, he served as VP of Operations for a global food service management company. He earned his MBA from Pennsylvania State University.

As the needs of the senior living market evolve, Jack provides our clients and their residents with robust support and cutting-edge resources.

As the Area President – Lifestyles West, Tim provides our senior living clients and Operations teams with a high level of strategic guidance and deep expertise, and is responsible for improving and implementing new systems, programs, and processes that drive business growth. A seasoned industry leader with a passion for health and wellness, he is adept at building a strong and streamlined culture of excellence in service and operational efficiency. Tim is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Victoria is a result-oriented, challenge-driven, customer-centric operations professional with a progressive record of success in the food service industry that spans a 25 year career. Victoria entered the industry as a General Manager for an international contract food service company. Her career gained momentum with advancement to leadership roles managing portfolios greater than $45M. She currently serves as Unidine’s Senior Vice President of Operations with responsibility for a client portfolio of corporate dining.

With over twenty years of experience in healthcare food service contract management, Sean brings unparalleled leadership and knowledge to the role of Vice President, Operations for Unidine’s client portfolio. Sean oversees the strategic planning and retention of our community hospital and behavioral health clients across the United States. A proven expert in account development, Sean leverages financial acumen and strategic agility to build strong client relationships and manage high-revenue portfolios. Sean is a graduate of Villanova University.

Christian was born in Austria and was recognized as one of the youngest “Küchen Meisters” in the country. He most recently held a position within higher education as the Executive Director of  Hospitality where he planned and directed all operational efforts for the University. Christian previously held leadership positions at a global food service management firm as the Vice President of Culinary Innovation.

Lee brings over 25 years of industry experience to his role. He has an extensive background in operations, consumer marketing, and operational excellence. Lee’s role is to ensure Unidine has the right operating systems, standards, and tools so that our operators consistently provide the highest quality food, service, and customer experience to our clients, residents, and guests. He leads our Culinary, Nutrition Health & Wellness, Merchandising, and Consumer Marketing strategies and teams. Prior to Unidine, Lee served as Vice President for a global food service company. He holds degrees from Shippensburg University and University of Phoenix.

Victoria joined Unidine as Vice President, Marketing. She is a skilled customer experience executive with wide-ranging vertical and cross-functional expertise. Before Unidine, she served as Vice President, Digital Marketing at an investment management firm, where she designed and built end-to-end client experience programs and oversaw content distribution on a global footprint. She held strategic marketing and program execution roles in finance/wealth management, insurance, and healthcare industries, where her work was recognized with multiple nominations and awards. Victoria is a proven thought leader in designing solutions that anticipate and respond to evolving client needs. She holds degrees from Boston University, Tufts University, and Yale University.

Chris leads Unidine’s supply chain team. He has an extensive background in contract foodservice purchasing in healthcare, school, B & I, sport and entertainment markets. With over 20 years of experience in food, paper, distribution, supplies, equipment, and services purchasing, Chris brings a solutions-based mindset to deliver the right product at the right cost and time. Prior to joining Unidine, Chris led purchasing teams at one of the largest Group Purchasing Organizations in the United States, where he executed supply strategies for over 14,000 facilities. Chris holds a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Business from Florida International University in Miami, Florida.

Stephanie joined Unidine in 2008 and brings over 20 years of in-house legal experience to her role as General Counsel. Stephanie manages all of Unidine’s legal work, from contract negotiation to labor and employment, financing, and corporate governance. Before joining Unidine, Stephanie managed  legal affairs of a regional division of a global healthcare provider. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont and a JD degree from Boston College Law School.
