Unidine Corporation Announces Acquisition of Healthcare Service Solutions, Inc.

BOSTON , MA - June 13, 2005

Unidine President and CEO Richard Schenkel today announced the acquisition of Healthcare Service Solutions, Inc. (HSS) by Unidine Corporation.  HSS, headquartered in Columbia, MD, is the leading provider of food and dining management services to senior service, adolescent and rehabilitation facilities in the mid-Atlantic serving the markets of Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. The agreement creates a formidable player in the food and dining management business with over 50 clients along the East Coast from Maine to Virginia.
