Unidine's resources and support systems consist of specialists in the key aspects of dining service operation, who are equipped with the systems, tools, materials and methods to apply in our client locations and to assist in building and delivering a successful food and dining service.

Finance: Responsible for payables, receivables, period reports and monthly financial statements to clients.
- Human Resources: Responsible for the recruiting, hiring and training of Unidine team members to support dining services for NIBRI.
- Information Technology: Responsible for developing and maintaining technical infrastructure to support the delivery of dining services.
- Marketing/Merchandising: Responsible for developing promotional and educational materials, customer feedback tools and menus to support operations.
- Operations: Responsible for on-site operations, field support operations, clinical nutrition services and culinary services.
- Procurement: Responsible for the sourcing of all Unidine vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest level of quality and service, while maximizing pricing by leveraging Unidine's vast purchasing power.
